1. The foreign currency transfer service is available within select regions. Members with EUR-denominated accounts in countries within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) may use the service to transfer euros. Members with GBP-denominated accounts within the United Kingdom may use the service to transfer pounds sterling.
2. Processing times are subject to terms and conditions. For transfers outside of the US, the length of time will depend on the recipient’s banking operations and any intermediary banks needed to complete the transfer.
3. ACH transfers are free when you use Digital Banking. View in-person transfer fees. For an ACH transfer, a checking account is required. The money you send will reach your recipient within three business days and will be on hold and not accessible to you, from the date of your request. View our ACH Agreement (PDF).
4. US checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled consumers typically occur in minutes and do not incur transaction fees at UNFCU. To use Zelle® at UNFCU, you will need to have a UNFCU checking account.
5. UNFCU may also set individual lower limits on a member's account(s) based on internal risk criteria. This includes but is not limited to length of membership.
