Web Chat / Virtual Agent FAQs

Web Chat is a free online service that provides 24/7 support via our Virtual Agent. You can also use it to chat with a member service representative within our Contact Center. Select the Web Chat icon and type in your question or request. The Virtual Agent will provide an immediate response. Type live agent to connect with a member service representative in our Contact Center. This option is only available during Contact Center hours of operation. Web Chat is currently only available in English.

Web Chat is accessible on all pages of unfcu.org, Digital Banking, and the Digital Banking mobile app. Select the Web Chat icon on the lower right corner of the screen to get started. 

Virtual Agent is a chat bot that leverages artificial intelligence to address questions and requests.

When you open Web Chat, simply type live agent, and you will be connected to a member service representative. Please note that live agents will only be available during Contact Center hours of operation.

Web Chat is currently only available in English.

UNFCU does not charge any fees for the use of Web Chat. Please contact your internet service provider to confirm potential data usage fees.

For security reasons, we cannot reset your sensitive information via Web Chat, email, or Skype. You need to call us at +1 347‑686‑6000 or use one of our toll-free numbers. 

You can also reset your credentials online. Select Forgot Password or Forgot Username on the Digital Banking login page. If you forget your username and have activated Google Authenticator, you can open the app to view your username.
