Set up email or mobile account alerts

Receive mobile notifications and emails to stay on top of your UNFCU accounts.

Set up email alerts

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.

  2. Under Account Services, select Alerts.

  1. Launch the UNFCU mobile app on your device.

  2. Sign in to Digital Banking.

  3. Under Profile, select Mobile Notifications.

  4. After enabling notifications, select Customize Alerts

You can modify or delete an alert at any time. Under Account Services, select Alerts

Alert options

There is no limit to the number of alerts you can set up for each of your accounts: 

  • Credit card, debit card, and account transactions: Receive alerts for purchases, merchant credits, and declined transactions that are over or under a specific amount. 
  • Account balances: Know when your savings or checking account balance is over or under a specific amount. 
  • Loan payment due dates: Set a reminder to know when your UNFCU loan, mortgage, or credit card payments are due. 
  • Share certificate maturity dates: Set reminders to know when your share certificates are up for renewal. 

Please do not reply to email alerts as the email address is not monitored. Contact us if you have any questions regarding an alert you receive.
