Manage authorized credit card users

Add an authorized credit card user

Complete a Request for Additional Credit Card form (PDF). We will issue a card to your authorized user(s) within four business days of receiving your form.

Remove an authorized credit card user

  1. Write and sign a request to remove the authorized user.

  2. Sign in to Digital Banking from your computer.

  3. Select the message icon in the lower right corner of the page.

  4. Attach your signed written request to the message and select Send.

    You can also send us a signed written request using secure email.

You can have up to three authorized users. If you have a joint cardholder, only two authorized users can be added to your account.

You can have up to three authorized users and you can add anyone as an authorized user. Authorized users can use the card but are not responsible for balances on the credit card account. For this reason, it is important that you are careful about who you add to your card.

The joint and primary credit cardholders are both responsible for charges on the credit card account. Authorized users can use the card but are not responsible for balances on the credit card account. They do not have access to the card information. If questions arise, authorized users must defer to the primary or joint cardholder.
