Make a principal US mortgage payment 

Your mortgage balance includes your principal loan amount, interest, and any other amounts due. You can choose to make your regular mortgage payment, a principal payment, or an escrow mortgage payment.

Please note that you will need to make your regular monthly payment before making an additional principal or escrow payment.

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.

  2. Under Transfers & Payments, select Make credit card, mortgage, or loan payments.

  3. Choose your mortgage from the Pay towards drop-down options.

  4. Select Principal Payment and enter the amount that you would like pay toward your principal balance.
