Make a principal Kenya or Uganda mortgage payment

You can make a payment towards the principal amount of your mortgage, not the interest, using Digital Banking. Please note that you also need to pay your minimum monthly balance that includes interest.

Sign in to Digital Banking.
Under Transfers & Payments, select Make credit card, mortgage, or loan payments.
Select Start a New Payment.
Select the required options.
Under Payment type, select Principal payment.
Select Submit.
