Debit cards and credit cards each offer their own benefits. When you pay with a debit card, you spend cash from your checking or savings account. When you pay with a credit card, you borrow money.

Contactless cards use short-range proximity technology to complete payments between the card and a contactless terminal. Just tap your contactless card at the payment terminal. There is no need to insert or swipe your card.
Interest is applied to the average balance amount charged to your credit card each day of the billing cycle. This is called the average daily method.
You can have up to three authorized users and you can add anyone as an authorized user. Authorized users can use the card but are not responsible for balances on the credit card account. For this reason, it is important that you are careful about who you add to your card.
Elite cardholders do not pay foreign transaction fees. Azure cardholders pay foreign transaction fees according to our schedule of rates and fees (PDF).
Points expire 36 months after they were earned. The expiration dates of your points are posted on Digital Banking and on your monthly statement.

* When you use your credit card, you borrow the money to pay for your purchase. There is a maximum amount you can owe on your credit card at any one time. This maximum is your credit limit. Each month, you need to make a minimum payment by a due date. You may repay the amount you borrowed in full. You may also choose to pay less than the full amount. You will pay interest on any amount you still owe after the due date. Every credit card payment you make replenishes your available credit.
